What are your business hours?

Our sales and project team is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central Time. For clients with active installations, our AI monitoring platform operates 24/7 and our remote support team is available during extended hours for critical issues. SLA response commitments apply to business hours unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

How quickly will you respond to my inquiry?

We aim to respond to all new inquiries within one business day. Inquiries received on weekends or holidays will be addressed the following business day. If your matter is urgent, please indicate that in your message and we will prioritize accordingly.

What is your service area?

Our primary service area for full preventive and corrective maintenance is the Houston metropolitan area and Greater Texas. We offer project installation and commissioning statewide, and remote software monitoring and support is available nationally. We are actively expanding our field service network to additional US metropolitan areas. Contact us with your location and we will confirm availability and response time commitments for your market.

What information should I have ready for an initial consultation?

The more context you can provide, the more useful our initial response will be. Helpful details include: facility type (mall, office, hospital, etc.), number of entry and exit lanes, approximate daily vehicle volume, whether the facility currently has any access control equipment, and what specific problems you are trying to solve (reduce staffing costs, improve security, eliminate queues, add ticketing, etc.). We can work with rough estimates if exact numbers are not available yet.

Do you offer equipment demonstrations or site visits?

Yes. For qualified projects in the Houston metropolitan area and Texas, we can arrange an on-site visit to assess your facility and discuss system design in person. For facilities outside our direct coverage zone, we can arrange virtual demos and remote consultations. Contact us to schedule either option.
